The funds will be channelled towards the MAKNA Young Cancer Survivor Scholarship, a program designed to ease the financial burden of education for young cancer survivors and children of cancer patients.

Twenty climbers, including two cancer survivors, are embarking on an extraordinary journey to conquer Mulu Pinnacles, Sarawak and Mount Kinabalu, Sabah. This inspiring initiative called Klimb Pinnacles to Kinabalu, aims to raise funds and awareness for underprivileged cancer patients in Malaysia.
MAKNA launches new halfway house for paediatric cancer patients
The launching of the newest Majlis Kanser Nasional’s (MAKNA) Halfway House, which was officiated by the Deputy Medical Director of Sultanah Nur Zahirah Hospital, Dr Siti Salmy Binti Mat Nor, will facilitate the journey of cancer patients to get treatment, especially paediatric cancer patients.
