This Notice will inform you of your rights with regards to your  personal data that has been and/ or will be, collected and processed by us or our behalf and by  using our services/products or engaging/interact with us, you hereby give consent of processing  your personal data. 

We, at Majlis Kanser Nasional, are dedicated to serving our customers and contacts to the best  of our abilities. • Right to data portability: You have the right to receive your personal information in  a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to transmit those data  to another controller.

Third party personal data 

We may require your assistance if the personal data relating to other person is required to  process your personal data for the purposes and you hereby willingly to cooperate to assist us  when required. If the personal data of any third party is supplied by you to us, please confirm  that such third party has read this notices and consented to us to collecting his/her personal data  to us or that such third party has appointed you to act as his/her behalf to consent on his/her  behalf to the processing of his/her personal data in accordance with this Notice.

We may update and amend this Notice from time to time. We will notify you of any  amendments to this Notice via announcement on our websites or any other appropriate  means. By continuing to use our  services and /or accessing our websites, or providing us with your services, after being  notified by any amendments to this Notice, you will be considered as having agreed to such  amendments.
